Butchers Arms10 High Street
The Butchers Arms is a large village pub at the centre of the village with the interior consisting of two rooms with wooden flooring and panelling throughout, complemented by bay window seating. Following the placing of an ACV by the Parish Council, the freehold was bought by a group of local investors keen to see the pub remain at the heart of the village. After extensive refurbishment the pub reopened on 1 December 2017 as a pub/restaurant freehouse serving quality ales. They are working in conjunction with the Proper Pub Company who manage the new pub.
