See more about this pub on WhatPub, CAMRA's national pub guide.

Dating back to the 1600's, this white-washed pub is situated in Brackley's Upper High Street. It is a building of character with low beamed ceilings and an inglenook fireplace making it a very cosy pub with several discrete areas for dining and drinking including the small restaurant opposite the bar. Flagstone floors and wood panelling feature throughout. To the rear is a beautiful courtyard which is a real suntrap. Rump steak, pie, burger, fish and grill nights feature throughout the week with 2 for £15 meals available 12 to 5.
